Meet Sabrina

Sabrina Moller - Bilto is the head chef of platedate- certified holistic health coach, food stylist, and culinary entrepreneur. Her company, platedate, provides private chef services including weekly meal prep, delivery, serviced dinners for any occasion + nutrition coaching. Sabrina attended Johnson and Wales culinary school and Institute for Integrative Nutrition school, where she studied culinary and holistic health. Before starting her own business, her passion for cooking and education earned her a career with Peter Callahan, a prestigious, well- known caterer in New York City. Sabrina worked under Callahan for over 3-years and was featured in his award-winning cookbook, Party Food, published with Penguin Random House.  From large weddings to seated dinners, working for Callahan — Sabrina learned an aesthetic eye for food styling, event menu creation and the essential skills to work with fast-paced clients.

Prior to realizing her love for food, she attended Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, where she earned a bachelor of science in business marketing. There she learned the knowledge required to launch her own business and start up platedate.

Sabrina born and raised New Yorker, currently lives in Manhattan with her husband, Belal and their two puppy pomskies - Akoya + Mookie. The two met working for Peter Callahan Catering nearly 7 years ago and since have traveled the world together. Through a pandemic they started platedate and it has been an evolving business ever since. The two manage platedate together to deliver the utmost personalized, boutique, seamless experience to all. In their spare time, find the two on an outdoor adventure in Central Park or lost in the mountains of many National Parks.
